​Welcome to our U14 rugby team! 

Come and play rugby with Malmö Rugby Club U14! Rugby is about more than just physical strength - it's about community, respect and team spirit. In Malmö U14 we welcome you between the ages of 12 and 14, who want to challenge yourself, develop as a player and create memories for life together with a great team. 

We train and build on essential rugby skills but also prioritise fun, ensuring our players make new friends and create lasting memories on and off the pitch. Join us as we take the next step in our rugby journey!

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, there's a place for you on the pitch. Here we not only build strong players but also strong friendships. 
We train twice a week and during the season we play matches about every other weekend. We train outdoors on the Limhamn field and indoors in Kombihallen in winter.
